Solar. Battery. Charging. Community Integrated Vehicles. — Deployed Under Single Institutional Agreements

EVGIDE bundles solar generation, battery storage, EV charging, and Community Integrated Vehicles under a single institutional agreement — reducing transaction costs and pre-development risk for public partners.

01

Solar + Battery Co-Location

EVGIDE deploys integrated solar generation and battery storage systems co-located with EV charging infrastructure. This bundled approach enables grid resilience, energy independence, and peak demand management at community sites. Co-location reduces infrastructure costs and simplifies permitting under a single institutional agreement.

02

EV Charging Infrastructure

Publicly accessible Level 2 and DC fast charging stations are deployed at community sites, educational campuses, municipal facilities, and tribal lands. All charging infrastructure is deployed under executed public contracts, ensuring long-term operational accountability and community access commitments.

03

Community Integrated Vehicles (Carshare)

EVGIDE deploys Community Integrated Vehicles (CIVs) — a zero-emissions neighbor carshare program where EVs are housed under EVGIDE's infrastructure and made available to residents in disadvantaged neighborhoods without the burden of car ownership. CIVs are EVGIDE's fleet, operating under EVGIDE's infrastructure, structured under public contracts with tribal nations, municipalities, and community organizations. Designed to extend transit reach into neighborhoods where fixed-route service ends, CIV carshare gives neighbors access to a clean vehicle on demand.

04

V2G-Ready Architecture

All infrastructure is designed with vehicle-to-grid (V2G) capability, enabling future bidirectional energy flow between deployed EVs and the grid. V2G architecture positions EVGIDE's sites to participate in grid services markets and generate revenue that supports long-term operational sustainability.

05

Operational Data Systems

Fleet monitoring, utilization tracking, and reporting systems are integrated with public contract requirements. Data systems provide transparent performance reporting to awarding agencies, support grant compliance documentation, and enable continuous operational improvement across the portfolio.

06

Community Implementation Support

Outreach, engagement, and on-the-ground implementation support for deployment in disadvantaged communities. EVGIDE embeds community organizations as contractual partners — not afterthoughts — ensuring that infrastructure deployment reflects the actual needs and priorities of the communities served.

The Bundled Model

Why Single-Agreement Deployment Matters

Traditional infrastructure deployment requires separate procurement processes for solar, battery, EV charging, fleet operations, and community engagement. Each component involves its own vendors, contracts, permitting processes, and compliance requirements.

EVGIDE's bundled model consolidates all components under a single institutional agreement. This reduces transaction costs, simplifies compliance reporting, and enables faster deployment — particularly in disadvantaged communities where pre-development resources are limited.
